He qualified as an architect at the Madrid Technical College of Architecture in 1981, specialising in construction, and completed the Senior Management Programme (PADE) at the IESE Business School in 2004. He is the founder of the Spanish Integrated Project Management Association (AEDIP) and also a founder and member of the management committee of the Spanish Project Management Institute (PMI). His professional career has always been linked to services and new technologies applied to construction, such as project and construction management, facility management, etc.

He has developed his professional career in various international companies in the construction and property sector. With links to Heery since the company first established itself in Spain, he was first a Director before subsequently taking up the post of General Manager until Acerta was set up.

He graduated in Accounts and Business Management from the French National Distance Learning Centre (CNED), based in Toulouse. He developed his professional career at Ipesa and Grupo Bouygues until joining our company in July 2001.

A graduate in Business Studies, he has developed his whole professional career in international companies in the construction sector. With links to Heery since the company first established itself in Spain, as Operations Manager, he currently holds the post of General Manager of Service Architecture and After Sales.

He graduated as a civil engineer from the Madrid College of Engineering in 1983. Julio León has designed, managed and participated in projects and works for national, regional and local official bodies. He has also undertaken work for domestic and international companies in the private sector.

He has a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Lille. He also has an MBA IN BUSINESS from the Grande Ecole, Paris. Founder and General Manager of Mercure Engineering. He has worked as a Project Manager in various international engineering companies and architectural studios, including Sirving & Associates. One of the most important projects he has worked on was the construction of the "Paris public transport" offices.

Law graduate, Masters in Urban Planning law. He was manager of the legal department for Bouygues Construccion España. He has worked as a lawyer for the town planning department of the FCC

Technical Architect from La Laguna University, Tenerife. He has worked as Operations Manager for Heery in Spain. Acted as Technical Director in both Doxiadis Iberica and Cedinsa

Degree in Geography from Complutense University in Madrid. Member of the Spanish Association of Franchisers and the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres. Worked as Marketing Director in Grupo Prisa and acted as Marketing and Communications Director with Auren

Business and Law Degree. MBA in Business from Grandes Ecoles, Paris. Proven experience as Secretary General and Human Resources Manager in a wide range of national and international companies. She has worked for Xerox, Armatis and Playmobile Funpark
